“Christ Church Mission”
Mission and Worship are the two great expressions of the church’s love for her God and the world.
In Mission, the church loves and serves God by proclaiming the gospel and actively making and being disciples of Jesus Christ.
At Christ Church, we are in mission both locally and abroad. Our expression of mission is through service, communication, encouragement, prayer, and financial support.

WaterStep’s mission is to provide safe water to people in the greatest need – both to communities that have never had it and those who’ve lost it in disasters.
To further WaterStep’s global mission, a team is headed to Augusta, GA, to assist residents affected by Hurricane Helene. Partnering with Georgia’s Emergency Operations Center, WaterStep will deploy two WOWCarts (Water on Wheels), producing up to 10,000 gallons of safe water daily, helping up to 5,000 people each.
With families still without basic necessities a week after the storm, WaterStep aims to raise $300,000 to meet urgent needs.
WaterStep – Shoe to Water Global Program
By donating your new and gently used shoes to WaterStep, you’ll help fund safe drinking water projects all over the world — projects that help to save hundreds of thousands of lives each year. In addition to funding water projects, donated shoes keep hundreds of tons of waste out of our landfills. We accept gently used shoes that are free of mold/mildew. Athletic shoes are preferred, but we will accept all styles of shoes. Shoes are sold to an exporter and funds received help bring clean water to those in need.
