• First Encounter Building – Responsibilities: Be the “first impression” of Christ Church on Sunday mornings – welcoming new guests to Christ Church for Sunday Worship / Skill Set: Easy around new people/Loves meeting new people / Commitment: Rotation basis, once a monthly or bi-monthly for a year.
• First Encounter – Parking – Responsibilities: Be the “first impression” of Christ Church on Sunday mornings, directing to the appropriate door, help on rainy days with umbrellas, etc. / Skill Set: Easy around new people/Loves meeting new people, communication, focused / Commitment: Rotation basis, once a monthly or bi-monthly for a year.
• Welcome Booth Person – Responsibilities: Be the “first impression” of Christ Church on Sunday mornings, orientating guests with information on the church / Skill Set: Easy around new people/Loves meeting new people, communication, focused / Commitment: Rotation basis, once a month or every other month for a year.
• Welcome Booth Prep Person/Coffee – Responsibilities: making coffee, getting supplies ready, making sure handouts are available / Skill Set: attention to detail and helper, behind-the-scenes /  Commitment: Rotation basis with several team members, once a month for a year.
• Follow up team – Responsibilities: help follow-up with guests / Skill Set: organized, enjoy making new friendships and connecting people to others / Commitment: Rotation basis with several team members, once a month for a year.
• Sunday Set-up – Responsibilities: Signs in place, Multi-purpose room setup for morning hospitality, baby nursing room opened and ready to receive worshipping parents / Skill Set: attention to detail and helper, behind-the-scenes /  Commitment: Rotation basis with several team members, once a month for a year.
• Online First Impression Presence: Responsibilities: saying hello and interacting with online worshippers /  Skill Set: Tech savvy, enjoy welcoming people /  Commitment: Rotation basis with several team members, once a month for a year.
• Social Media – Responsibilities: create welcoming presence on social platforms/  Skill Set: media/tech savvy, like to create and communicate /  Commitment: Rotation basis with two team members, for a semester or season
